Terms of Service

I maintain the rights to all of my artwork, even after it has been paid for.Using my artwork for NFTs or feeding any of my artwork through AI Art generators is strictly prohibited, and legal action will be taken should this occur.I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.Claiming my artwork to be yours in any way, shape, or form is prohibited.Tracing, heavily referencing my artwork, characters, or anything that I create, is prohibited. Inspiration is okay, but do not take this as me allowing you to steal my creations.I'll allow up to 2 complete retcons on the sketch phase before only allowing minor edits. This is so I am not scammed, so please be specific on what you want when you are ordering and provide examples when necessary.At least half of the payment must be received before the commission is started. After the sketch preview is sent, I will require the rest of the payment.If you're having monetary struggles/don't have the money and cannot pay me the full amount, please don't commission me in the first place. I understand things happen, but I'd prefer to avoid this scenario so neither of us get upset.All NSFW commissions require you to be 18+. You must provide a clear photo of yourself holding a valid ID. All information except your picture and date of birth must be blurred out. Upon being approved, we can proceed with the payment and details. I will not accept payment before verifying you are of age.Purchases are digital goods and will not be shipped to an address.Paypal is required for payment.
